Before the desired integration, their sales team used to manage all of their calculation processes in QuickBooks manually. But those were too tedious to carry out they required a more comprehensive solution. With Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics integration, they were able to manage their lead processes for internal sales teams and also improved their outreach and revenues.

The Challenges

The client’s challenges can be categorized into three parts:

1. Manual Updation

Using Quickbooks, they needed to manually update the lead and invoice information which was time-consuming and often resulted in incorrect documentation.
Additionally, multiple invoice entries and updates posed a challenge as well.

2. Bonus Details

They had a business ritual that rewards agents and team lead with a special bonus for capturing the most leads in a week, month, or year. For example- CC Agents were provided with $150 to the maximum lead capturer, followed by $100 and $50. However, managing such different bonuses without a CRM was a big challenge because they had to keep track of who had already received the bonuses and who still needed to. The result became tedious over time, resulting in potentially costly inattentiveness.

3. Customized Reports and Modules

As the agents and team leads have to deal with plenty of leads, they were rewarded with various bonuses based on how many maximum leads were captured daily, weekly, and monthly. Nevertheless, since there was no centralized and automated platform to keep them informed of who has received the bonus for what purpose, it was challenging to combat without such an exit.
Further, they needed a module to efficiently distribute vendor discounts provided to them into different invoices according to their preferences.
