Gold Medalist Vishal Aggarwal is an unsurpassed enthusiast for process optimization and automation. He has been a leader in innovation, refinement, and objective alignment for over 18 years. As the Technical Director, he leads the line at CRM Masters and has been responsible for directing our overall operations since its inception in 2016.

Through his experience with hundreds of clients across various industries, he has successfully implemented Salesforce and Zoho alongside customizations and program delivery within large global organizations. His career path spans Global Consulting, Banking & Finance, and Technology firms, including Capgemini, Stryker, RBS, Phonex CRM System, HSBC, etc. As a result of working with these Global companies, he gradually acquired multi-geography experience.

His comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various global management systems have helped him design and deliver a unified customer experience to his clients with competitive advantages and opportunities to achieve their elusive goals.
