What do we do in the Discovery Phase?

As the Client can not share the proper requirement documents to frame the idea, we evaluate the system to understand the Client’s Vision better.

Step 1: The Scope and Goals of the project are framed with the necessary steps to reach that vision.

Step 2: Analysis of GAPs in the previous System or Integrations which are done or could be done.

Step 3: Evaluate and eliminate all the potential risks at the outset so you’ll get exactly the solution you need.

Step 4: Estimation of Costs for Advance Enhancements

Step 5: Evaluation of the Future Goals or Roadmaps.

Can we get a sample Vision Document?

Yes, we can share the sample but for the Discovery phase -The vision document is chargeable, not free.

How do we track time utilized in T&M engagement?

We can track it through the Project Management tools provided, be it either ZOHO Projects or any other Project Management tool requested by the clients. Daily Tasks and Timesheets are updated against every task allotted and Project assigned to the development team. The Project Manager takes care of each update,like the time spent on each project, screen time tracking, and other functionalities through which daily updates are tracked. As clients also have access to the portal, they can also track their progress.

If we get Support complimentary after implementation?

Yes, we do provide complimentary Support to each Client after the implementation.

Do we provide Support at a different time zone?

Yes, we provide Support in different time zones, as we have a delivery center in INDIA. But we also support IST/EST/PST.

If you use any project management tool?

Yes, we use ZOHO Project and Hub Stuff for the Project Management and can even use per the Client’s choice.

How soon can you start a project?

As soon as we get the required documents and have an e-Meet with the technical team regarding the requirements discussion, we are good to go. We can start the project after finalizing and checking the feasibility and the commercials.
