How Bycocoon Achieved a 91% Increase in Lead Generation
with Shopify & Zoho Integration
Bycocoon designs and manufactures premium bathroom, kitchen, and washbasin products from sustainable, 100% recyclable concrete, serving customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, and Greece. Running lead distribution on Microsoft Excel and an under-integrated Shopify store, the business struggled with stock accuracy, order fulfilment, and manual data entry. CRM Masters rebuilt the Shopify website and integrated it with Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho CRM — unlocking measurable gains in lead generation, conversions, and operational efficiency.
About the Client
Bycocoon designs and manufactures the finest bathroom, kitchen, bath, and basin products by leveraging the expertise of internationally renowned design icons. Operating across the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, and Greece, the brand is known for premium taps, baths, basins, and vanity products that blend timeless design with functionality.
Their signature material is a natural, lightweight, 100% recyclable concrete, shaped by skilled craftspeople into pieces that are as sustainable as they are beautiful. But as the business grew organically, it was still relying on Microsoft Excel to manage lead distribution among team members and track their status — with no integrated system tying the storefront, inventory, and finances together.
What Was Holding Them Back
Bycocoon already had a Shopify storefront, but it wasn't responsive or integrated with any back-office system — leaving stock, orders, customer data, and finances disconnected and largely manual.
- Stock management — manual stock tracking led to discrepancies that caused stockouts, negatively impacting both customer satisfaction and sales.
- Order management — orders placed on the previous Shopify store weren't synchronised with inventory, causing fulfilment delays and longer processing times.
- Customer data handling — with no centralised database, customer information was scattered, making personalised marketing and communication difficult.
- Lack of automation — the absence of automation across critical processes meant manual entry and updates across multiple systems, consuming time that could go toward strategic work and customer engagement.
- Limited responsiveness — the existing Shopify site wasn't optimised across devices, limiting reach and engagement from customers browsing on mobile.
- No multi-region or multi-currency support — with customers across four countries, the site couldn't localise pricing or content by region.
How We Solved It
CRM Masters rebuilt Bycocoon's Shopify website from the ground up and integrated it with Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho CRM, giving the business one connected system across the storefront, stock, sales, and finances.
What Changed After Go-Live
The new Shopify build, combined with Zoho Inventory, Books, and CRM integration, delivered measurable improvements across lead generation, conversions, data efficiency, and stock control.
