As the Client can not share the proper requirement documents to frame the idea, we evaluate the system to understand the Client’s Vision better.

Yes, we can share the sample but for the Discovery phase -The vision document is chargeable, not free.
We can track it through the Project Management tools provided, be it either ZOHO Projects or any other Project Management tool requested by the clients. Daily Tasks and Timesheets are updated against every task allotted and Project assigned to the development team. The Project Manager takes care of each update,like the time spent on each project, screen time tracking, and other functionalities through which daily updates are tracked. As clients also have access to the portal, they can also track their progress.
Yes, we do provide complimentary Support to each Client after the implementation.
Yes, we provide Support in different time zones, as we have a delivery center in INDIA. But we also support IST/EST/PST.
Yes, we use ZOHO Project and Hub Stuff for the Project Management and can even use per the Client’s choice.

To add a user in Zoho CRM Plus Firstly, Access the Admin Panel. By default, the Users tab will be chosen, and the Users page will appear on the right side of the screen. Press Add User.
