Terms & Conditions

“These packages are valid only for entities based in India.”

  • If the Scope changes the prices may vary & prices can change anytime with prior notification
  • This Quote is valid for only ZOHO Paid Users or New account purchased.
  • ZOHO License Cost – Advance subscription cost paid directly to ZOHO by Clients or according to the plans opted, if License are already Purchased CRM MASTERS to be Tagged as Partners for the Implementation before the start of the Project.
  • Clients are supposed to reply and provide the requested information within 1- 2 working days.
  • Clients are required to provide the E-mail / SMS Templates within 3-4 workings days after the request is raised
  • Support for API integration with any third-party Integration (where CRM Masters is not responsible for Development) will not be included in the part of Scope and will be charged on hourly basis.
  • Any Change in workflow or deviation from the above workflows and processes need to be implemented only after getting approval from Change Management and will be charged on an hourly basis.
  • Data Import requirements including Master data and accounts data will be not included in part of Project scope and will be calculated depending on the number of years of data provided.
  • Excluded: Any Data Migration or Old Data Import and any other API Integrations not mentioned in SCOPE.
  • System will run only with the new process and requirements built or as per any flow process shared
  • If the Project is not completed within the stipulated time per hour charges are applicable if the delay is due to the above points
  • Delays in the timeline can cause changes in the estimated timeline if dependencies are not resolved on time due to non-response of mail or changes in the scope of work.
