Refund Policy

Please be sure to read this carefully before completing your order as it sets out your rights concerning your purchases, including essential restrictions and exclusions. 

 

General Terms 

In case you have technical issues with the services, which the Customer Support Center cannot fix, you may be eligible for a full refund per the Refund Policy outlined below. However, we are convinced that most refund claims may be avoided if you accept professional help from our Customer Support Center.

Refund Conditions

  • Subject to this Refund Policy, you may be eligible to receive a 100% refund within 3 working days following the day of your purchase.

  • Provided your reasons don’t contradict the Refund Policy conditions outlined below.

No refunds can be issued to a user for the following reasons:

  • If 3 days have passed since the date of purchase.
  • If a user refuses to make changes as suggested by the support team.

Your refund may be issued only once. If you buy another service later, it cannot be submitted to the same request for reimbursement.

How to Request a Refund 

  • Email our support team at info@crm-masters.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order number and reason for the request. 
  • Attach any relevant documentation such as receipts, invoices, or correspondence related to your purchase. 
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. We may request additional information to process your request. 

Refund Procedure 

  • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the portion of the service used or other factors.
  • The refund decision must be made within three business days. Once the refund is initiated, It may take up to 10 working days to reflect in the payment source account/card.
