Zoho CRM
We implemented Zoho CRM to solve the Half-payment and full-payment issues by making lead and deal modules. When data is received from Shopify, a customer is created in the lead module of Zoho CRM, and a corresponding deal is also created. Notably, when a customer makes a partial payment, the deal progresses to the ‘Half Payment’ stage. After 14 days, when the product is ready, a reminder is sent to the customer with a payment link for the full amount. If the customer completes the remaining payment, the deal is then closed. This helps the company to track and manage both completed and processed transactions.
Zoho Forms
We implemented Zoho Forms with Zoho CRM to send customer data into CRM. This implementation helps in creating forms for lead generation, etc. The forms are automatically captured and linked to the respective customer records.
