CSC-eGov is a part of the government program and serves G2C e-services in rural areas of the country. The organization empowers citizens with digital accessibility and provides a range of online services. CSCs act as access points for the delivery of government-to-citizen (G2C) e-services within the reach of the citizen by constructing the physical ICT infrastructure for service delivery. It makes it less necessary for citizens to visit government offices and contributes to the development of a transparent service delivery system.

Business Problems

Unsystematic Financial Planning

There was a lack of proper software to handle Invoicing and Billing, both of which are crucial aspects of running a business and are the main sources of cash flow. A proper system was needed for expense tracking & to handle online payments.

  • The organization has branches in each state due to which a huge amount of financial data needs to be managed and they were doing it manually which was causing difficulties.
  • Daily, they handled huge transactional amounts state-wise that required proper management.
