The client’s challenges can be categorized into three parts:
1. Management under One-Roof
This challenge revolved around using multiple applications to complete the daily needs since Sugar CRM couldn’t centralize all the requirements. As a result, they had to switch between various applications continuously or complete them manually to meet the day-to-day business needs, often resulting in cumbersome processes and incorrect documentation.
2. Time Management
There are always a few processes in a business that has to be carried out repeatedly. But, they can be highly inefficient and time-consuming for the team, especially when they have to manage a lot of data. Over time this was thus leading to boredom, i.e., potentially costly inattentiveness, and the other essential tasks were getting seemingly compromised.
3. Migration from Sugar CRM
Having realized Sugar CRM was no longer meeting their business needs, they wanted to migrate it to Zoho CRM, but moving the data takes work. The company was also worried about promptly getting its team members acquainted with the new system. Most importantly, they wanted to ensure they kept control over their sensitive and secure data.
