The client’s challenges can be categorized into three parts:
1.Variety of Subscription Models
As described, they previously had a single subscription model software. But when dealing with several clients, they wanted to have flexible pricing schemes so that budget would be acceptable for their different clients.
Aside from this, they also wanted to manage the deposits collected when an individual or a firm upgrades and downgrades his subscription plan over time.
2.Subscription Billing
Without Zoho Subscriptions, they could not easily manage the recurring and subscription billing processes, i.e. overdue payments from customers and address payment failures, as it was proving highly inefficient and time-consuming for the team.
3.Manually Updation
With no automation exit in their palm, they had to manage all the billing processes manually. No single-click software made the employee’s work more accessible and more straightforward.
Additionally, they also needed help getting notifications regarding payment updates!
