The client’s challenges can be categorized into three parts:
1. Production & Management
This challenge revolved around the calculations associated with LEDs, like size, pixels, pricing, quality, and many more. While using MS Excel, they had to enter all the details manually, often resulting in erroneous documentation.
Aside from these issues, they also faced various project management issues, which could not be solved using Excel alone.
2. Time Management
There are always a few processes in a business that has to be carried out repeatedly. But, they can be highly inefficient and time-consuming for the team, especially when they have to enter a lot of data. Over time this was even leading to boredom, i.e., potentially costly inattentiveness.
As an evolving business, they had other important tasks to perform, which were getting seemingly compromised when they were constantly occupied in Excel.
3. Customer Support
We all know that excellent customer support keeps the customers coming, which is entirely not true in the case of subpar customer service. So it becomes essential for a business to have an effective and proactive customer service portal where their problems can be heard, addressed, and rectified. With no such exit at their palm, the customers and clients had to go through a monotonic combustion process that eventually cost them their time. And obviously, the company was not propelling forward much without the customers being acknowledged.
