The client’s challenges can be categorized into two parts:
1. Speed up the Lead Process
This challenge revolved around lead conversion. While using HubSpot, they had to manually convert the leads ( that they have got around their website) into applications. It posed many challenges as it was way too time-consuming for them.
2. Custom Portals
Once the lead is converted, they want to assign separate portals to their students so that they can complete their applications and keep track of it. But with HubSpot, nothing like this was getting possible as they have to undertake the application filling process. Over time, it became highly inefficient and time-consuming for the team.
As an evolving business, they had other important tasks to perform, which were getting seemingly compromised when they were constantly occupied with manual updation in HubSpot.
