Zoho CRM became the central hub for managing donor relationships, tracking communication history, and categorizing donors by type (corporate, individual, institutional). Automated workflows were implemented to send personalized donation receipts, reminders, and progress updates, improving donor engagement and retention.
A custom Donor–Recipient–Project Management App was built using Zoho Creator. The app linked donors to funded projects and recipients, providing a full 360° view of impact. Field teams used the mobile app to update recipient data, upload verification documents, and mark project milestones—all in real-time.
Zoho Projects streamlined planning, execution, and reporting for each campaign. Automated milestone tracking and task assignments ensured that all activities—from beneficiary outreach to fund disbursement—were monitored transparently.
Integrated financial management was achieved through Zoho Books, which automated donation entries, grant disbursements, and expense categorization. It ensured compliance with accounting standards and simplified financial audits.
Digital data collection using Zoho Forms allowed volunteers and field officers to capture beneficiary details, attendance, surveys, and project feedback on mobile devices—even offline. All data synced automatically to the central database, reducing manual entry and improving accuracy.
Zoho Analytics delivered powerful dashboards for board members and stakeholders. Reports on donation inflows, fund utilization, and project outcomes were available in real time, promoting transparency and strategic decision-making.
