Disconnected Tools
Different platforms for CRM, scheduling, and marketing made it hard to track client journeys from lead to onboarding. Information was scattered and often inconsistent.

Our Solutions for PR Agency
We implemented Zoho CRM as the central hub for managing leads, client interaction, and deals. The CRM was integrated with Microsoft 365 and Vonage Telephony, ensuring every call, email, and proposal was tracked in one place.
We also created a custom “Create Proposal” button within each deal record, accessible only at certain stages, to help the team capture every potential revenue opportunity.
To replace the back-and-forth of scheduling calls, we set up Zoho Bookings, enabling clients to directly select available time slots. The integration with Office 365 automatically blocked out confirmed appointments, saving hours of manual coordination.
New leads from website forms were directly added to Zoho CRM with the right source tagging. Notifications were triggered in Slack whenever a client signed a proposal. Deals were automatically updated to “Closed Won” upon signature confirmation.
We set up Zoho Campaigns for automated onboarding sequences and regular branded newsletters. This allowed the team to nurture leads and stay connected with existing clients through personalized, automated emails.
For managing employee and resource data, we implemented Zoho People. The platform allowed the management to securely store personal details, performance reviews, and contracts, ensuring data confidentiality and easy accessibility.
